Ecological Funeral

There is an increasing movement towards more environmentally friendly funerals using less energy and water thus producing a very low amount of CO²

Two years ago Ecoffin Gmbh started developing environmentally friendly coffins and urns using a mixture of calcium carbonate and polyolefin.

During the process of a normal burial these materials will be decomposed biologically, during cremation process CO² emission is greatly reduced.

The material we use is also suitable for another form of burial; the cryotechnical burial form will be used in the future

We offer an ecological alternative form for burials which is not only balanced with nature and also fulfils many other ethical and moral concerns.
